Health ARMM Secretary Dr. Kadil M. Sinolinding, Jr. MD, DPBO leds the awarding ceremony of Bayanihan Kadugo Awards-2016 under (DOH Department Memorandum Order No. 2014-0147 – Number of Blood Units Collected through voluntary non-remunerated blood donation activity in the different barangays and municipalities of ARMM.
Awardees are the following: North Upi got the IST placer with 330 total # of blood units collected, South Upi as the 2nd placer with 278 total # of blood units collected and the 3rd placer with 183 total # of blood units collected was given to Parang, Maguindanao for period covered Jan.-Dec.-2015. We give also certificate of recognition to our partners: Upian Kassila Multi-purpose Cooperative and Regional Emergency Assistance Communication Team.
